When you contact us. If you submit an enquiry or application form, we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message. We use these only to respond to you and to provide information about our courses, and we store them securely until we’ve dealt with your enquiry.
Comments. If you leave a comment on the site, we collect the data in the comment form, plus your IP address and browser details, to help detect spam. An anonymised string created from your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to check whether you use it.
Cookies & analytics. When you visit, we use cookies and similar technologies to run analytics and advertising and to understand how the site is used — including your IP address, device and browser, pages viewed and interactions. We use:

Embedded content. Pages may include embedded content such as videos. Embedded content from other websites behaves as if you had visited that website — those sites may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with that content.
Spam protection. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from spam and abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep the details you send through our forms only as long as we need them to respond and follow up with you, then we delete them. Analytics data is retained by the providers listed above under their own policies.
Your rights
You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing at any time — just get in touch. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Where your data is sent
Some of our providers (Google, Meta, Microsoft and Cloudflare) may store and process data on servers outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
